DVV

The "DVV - Deutscher Volkshochschul-Verband e.V." (German Adult Education Association) promotes the further training and education work of the adult education centres ("Volkshoschschulen") in Germany and represents the interests of its members and the adult education centres at the Federal, European and International Level. The DVV promotes cooperation and technical discussions and exchange of ideas among its members, develops principles and guidelines, promotes the quality of adult education work and international cooperation. DVV - Ich will Deutsch lernen

With "Ich will Deutsch lernen" ("I want to learn German"), the German Adult Education Association (DVV) provides an instrument to support the linguistic, social and professional integration of immigrants. The offer includes a German language course at levels A1 - B1, which implements the framework curriculum for integration courses with digital learning materials. The portal offers also a German language course at A1 level with extensive material for literacy in the second language German. In addition, German as a work and professional language can be learned and improved in 30 cross-industry scenarios from eleven job-related communicative fields of action. The Tool is just as useful for self-employed learners as it is for material and as an accompanying medium in the context of integration or other German courses. Instructors can register and create their own learning groups. They then look after these groups as online tutors. Learners who register individually are supervised by DVV tutors. Emagister is a site that allows you to compare the offer of courses, careers and postgraduate courses from different universities, institutes and training centers. The site is accesible in more than 14 countries and has a catalog of more than one million courses and 100,000 training centers. As a tool, it offers users a search engine to compare between different courses and masters by price, duration, difficulty level or degree, as well as access to hundreds of thousands of opinions of people who have already taken the courses.
 


Eurodiakonia - Toolkit on European Funding and Project Management

The Eurodiaconia Toolkit on Funding is an interactive instrument for members to easily access the funding information they are looking for. The toolkit is focused on European funding instruments and foundations, but also includes more general information on funding. It helps its members to: 1. develop a fundraising strategy 2. learn about relevant EU funds and identify the most suitable programmes 3. access funding from foundations 4. write good project proposals.
 


European Qualifications Framework

The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a common European reference framework whose purpose is to make qualifications more readable and understandable across different countries and systems. Covering qualifications at all levels and in all sub-systems of education and training, the core of the EQF is its eight reference levels defined in terms of learning outcomes, i.e. knowledge, skills and autonomy-responsibility.
 


EARLALL

EARLALL (European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning) is an international non-profit association registered in Belgium and established in 2001 under the initiative of regional governments willing to build a solid cooperation in the field of lifelong learning.
